Happy Holidays! yep it’s that time again…

oh so soon.. Dosen’t it always seems like the year has just flew by? It is hard to believe it is almost over… Funny how I never feel quite like I am done with all I need or wanted to do, yet 2011 is less then a month away.

Still so many things to remember and so many things yet to scramble to get done before the new year. Of course lets not forget all the fuss getting ready for the holiday season. Family, friends, baking (I love to bake) the warm yummy smells from the oven.. in reflection this past year has been a hard one for a lot of us, but I have a lot of faith that good times are right around the corner! So here is wishing all of us a wonder start to a fresh new year! May you lives be filled with lots of joy & love. Happy Hollidays everyone!

Sweet Sweet Baby …

I fell in love the moment I saw you! I finally got to meet sweet little Kalie Jayne for the first time at Dad’s 70th birthday party this last Sunday.

My nephews little girl! Her daddy is leaving for Iraq in just a couple of weeks. Stay safe Nikolas! We love you, and are going to be missing you!

Fries-Gordon Sneak Peek

11/21/10 ... What an amazing group of kids!

Planning for an outdoor on-location session can be a bit tricky this time of the year, and when planning for six (we ended up with seven) children in one session…
… well, that many kids I originally thought we really need it to be a nice sunny day, as I wanted to plan for an outdoor shoot. Of course wouldn’t you know it, the day was chosen, and we had a major storm blow in that weekend. Instead of canceling, we just switched gears and re-organized for an indoor studio session instead.

As it turned out, the day was a bit soggy, but an absolute beautiful Sunday. So we did a little of both – an indoor studio session and then we headed out side for some natural light.
